2014 was definitely the year where some highly fruitful ground work was laid by the rapper originally named Rikhado Makhado, and he slowly made the transition from simply being another run of the mill hip hop artist on the come up, to what some might consider a household name.Now personally, prior to the reinvigoration of his career, I easily would’ve categorised myself as a Riky Rick detractor. Personal life Mampe and Aurea Alexander welcomed the birth of their daughter, whose godfather is South African hip hop recording artist and good friend. In 2014, Mampe starred in a South African television series, The Real Jozi A-Listers, as a lead character alongside South African television and media personality, both playing fictionalized versions of themselves.
It is through this that Mampe discovered his musical talents at a young age, while living in the United States with his parents.
